  1. Will the Jollibee Padala Package be delivered or picked-up?
    Jollibee Padala Package can either be delivered or picked up depending on the area of the recipient. Jollibee Delivery Service is available across the country although there are some areas not yet covered. For pick-up, our call center will be recommending nearest Jollibee stores that the recipient can visit.
  2. How long will it take before my recipient receives the Jollibee Padala Package?
    If all information provided by the sender is complete and verified, the recipient may receive the Jollibee Padala Package within 24 hours from the time Jollibee confirms the order. Our call center will be calling the recipient for verification once we receive the order.
  3. Can I change the delivery/pick-up schedule of my order?
    Orders will be processed immediately upon receipt. Only the recipient can change the delivery/pick-up schedule depending on his/her preferred delivery/pick-up date and time.
  4. Why is there no "Philippines" in the country field when I checkout?
    The country field pertains to the location of the sender and not the recipient. All deliveries and pick-up will be done in the Philippines.
  5. What are the accepted modes of payment?
    Jollibee Padala website only accepts credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard). You may also visit our partner resellers for other payment options.
  6. Where can I ask the status of my order?

  7. Is the Jollibee Padala Package transferable?
    Only the recipient or his authorized representative can claim the Jollibee meal package. The authorized representative should present a government-issued ID and a letter from the recipient authorizing him to receive the Jollibee meal package.
  8. Can I convert the Jollibee Padala Package into cash?
    The Jollibee Padala Package is not convertible to cash.
